Men’s Therapy
A lot of men come to therapy carrying more than they let on. Maybe dating feels harder than it should, or you keep ending up in the same relationship patterns without knowing why. Maybe close friendships have quietly fallen away since your 20s, or work has become a source of constant pressure that's bleeding into everything else. From the outside, things might look fine. On the inside, something feels stuck.
I work with men to get underneath that stuck feeling, not through quick fixes or generic advice, but by actually understanding what's driving it. Together, we look at the patterns shaping how you relate to others and to yourself, so you can build real confidence, in dating, in friendships, and in how you handle pressure. My approach is direct, practical, and grounded in genuine compassion and curiosity.
I work with men experiencing:
Dating anxiety and difficulty forming relationships
Feeling stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns
Loneliness or a lack of close friendships
Career stress and burnout
Perfectionism and pressure to have it all figured out
Low self-esteem and self-doubt
Family relationship strain
